**Responsibilities **-

Work in a consulting engagements focused on leveraging Data Science/Advanced Analytics to solve complex business problems in banking risk and compliance.

Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, analyze data and provide insights into potential performance impacts.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with internal stakeholders, including risk management, financial planning, and credit policy teams to ensure the effective implementation of forecasting models.

Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and present detailed reports to senior leadership, highlighting model performance, findings, and actionable insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, risk management roles.
- Demonstrated hands-on or solution design experience with Data Science/ Machine Learning algorithms.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, including Python, R, SQL, and advanced Excel.
- Experience with model validation and regulatory compliance related to credit risk, market risk, AML.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands on Experience in Data science aspects of Forecasting Models like feature engineering, model selection and model application.
