The Senior CRM Administrator is responsible for the overall operation of the Hubspot CRM platform. The Senior Salesforce Administrator partners with both business and technical teams to prototype and deliver application solutions with respect to value, quality, informationsecurityand end-user experience and works with 3rd party resources to ensure that Salesforce-based projects are implemented according to best practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, andoptimizeHubSpot, including objects, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, automation, forms, lists, permissions, reporting, dashboards, templates, and other platform capabilities.

  • Partner with sales, marketing, service, operations, and other business stakeholders to understand business processes,identifyopportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into practical CRM solutions.

  • Champion CRM data governance byestablishingand maintaining system guardrails, security controls, naming conventions, documentation, and operating procedures that promoteaccurateand consistent data.

  • Perform data imports, exports, cleansing, deduplication, transformation, and routine maintenance to support business operations, integrations, reporting, and dataqualityobjectives.

  • Develop andmaintaina strong understanding of related business applications, integrations, and data flowsin order toidentifyrisks, resolve issues, and recommend improvements.

  • Support CRM integrations and plugins, including requirements definition, field mapping, testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordination with technical teams and vendors.

  • Own theoverallhealth, stability, usability, and performance of the CRM environment by proactivelyidentifyingtechnical debt, process inefficiencies, adoption issues, and opportunities for automation.

  • Leverage custom code and developmentwhenappropriate toextend platform capabilities and deliver reliable solutions. Partner with developers or third-party resources when specialized development isrequired.

  • Own the CRM enhancement intake process for assigned work by gathering, evaluating, documenting, prioritizing, and implementing requests, defects, and continuous-improvement opportunities.

  • Participate in backlog review, story refinement, sprint planning, testing, deployment, and completion of assigned work within agile delivery cycles.

  • Plan for, test, and communicate the impact of HubSpot, Salesforce, Amazon Voice/Amazon Connect, and related application releases and changes.

  • Organize and supportPOC’s, solution demonstrations, user acceptance reviews, and end-user validation for CRM enhancements.

  • Perform root-cause analysis for production issues and implement sustainable corrective actions rather than relying only on short-term fixes.

  • Partner with technical leads and vendors on solution design, implementation planning, integration design, and other technical artifacts.

  • Maintain complete andaccuratetechnical and end-user documentation for system configuration, workflows, integrations, data flows, support procedures, and release changes.

  • Provide user support, troubleshooting, enablement, and informal coaching to help business users adopt CRM capabilities and follow established processes.

  • Support the administration and optimization of Salesforce, AmazonConnectand related business applications as part of the broader CRM ecosystem.

RequiredExperience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Minimumof5 years of experience inCRMadministration, business applications administration, ora relatedsystems role.

  • Minimum of3 years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot in a complex business environment.

  • Proven experience configuring and supporting HubSpot capabilities, including objects, properties, pipelines, workflows, automation, permissions, reporting, dashboards, and data management.

  • Proventrack recordof managing complex projects.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.

  • CRM-related certificationsa plus(e.g., Salesforce Administrator).
