Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing analysis regarding a central pool of resources across technologies and platforms, processing resource requests, and coordinating schedule of resources (employee and contractor) to meet business needs; maintaining visibility of pool capacity to all stakeholders to ensure effective alignment of development demand and capacity; providing input into financial, workforce, and technical capacity planning processes.

*Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology experience; OR Tech Certification and 6 years Information Technology experience; OR 8 years Information Technology experience.
* Teamwork and collaboration skills; oral and written communications skills.
* Knowledge of project planning tools e.g., MS Project.
* Analysis and modeling tools e.g., Excel.
* Knowledge of application development platforms.
* Knowledge of cloud computing / SaaS.
* Knowledge of mobile and web technologies.
* Knowledge of data center platforms (servers, storage).
* Knowledge of end user platforms (desktops, laptops, mobile).

Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Knowledge of SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development.
* Negotiation.
* Business acumen

*Experience implementing data analysis workflows
*Experience creating user friendly dashboards or reports of data.
* Data Analysis or Intelligence Analysis experience.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$70,600.00 - $149,600.00
