Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join its global income tax provision and reporting team. This position, reporting to the Director of Tax Accounting and Reporting, will work collaboratively with the other members of the tax accounting team and tax department to prepare/review the company’s global consolidated quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations and related disclosures. Prepare/review quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations by leveraging knowledge of corporate structure, transfer pricing, and historical trends Prepare/review FAS 123R, APB23, ARB51 and UTP tax calculations Prepare/review tax related purchase accounting entries for acquisitions Prepare/review tax account roll forwards and reconciliations Prepare/review tax footnotes and related disclosures for quarterly and annual SEC filings Work with various groups within the tax department, finance, corporate accounting, and treasury to gather data needed to support the tax provision calculation Ensure internal control processes over the tax function are properly performed and documented Research and write company position papers related to income tax accounting matters Support and oversee process improvement initiates to improve overall efficiency of the tax accounting process

•8+ years of progressive professional experience in ASC740 income tax accounting for multinational companies; Big 4 public accounting experience required.

•BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or equivalent; CPA required.
