Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the global **network infrastructure **, covering offices across APAC, EMEA, and North America.
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting for **Palo Alto Firewalls, Prisma SD-WAN, SilverPeak, Cisco Catalyst, and Meraki networks **.
- Administer and optimize LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center network components.
- Perform incident, problem, and change management aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Review and execute Change Requests (CRs), ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Work closely with global teams to implement **network upgrades, migrations, and integrations **.
- Manage **firewall rules, security policies, and VPN tunnels **, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
- Support wireless networks (Meraki, Aruba) and troubleshoot access-related issues.
- Ensure **network monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning **.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing **technical guidance and escalation support **.
- Document network diagrams, configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Participate in on-call and rotational shift support (24x7 operations).
Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of hands-on experience in global enterprise network operations.

Strong expertise in:
- **Palo Alto Firewalls **(security policies, Panorama, VPNs).
- **Prisma SD-WAN / SilverPeak SD-WAN **(deployment, operations, troubleshooting).
- **Cisco Catalyst switches **(layer 2/3 configuration, routing protocols, QoS).
- **Cisco Meraki switches and access points **(cloud-managed operations).
- Wireless technologies, including ** Aruba APs **.

Strong knowledge of **routing, switching, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VPN, VLANs, QoS, NAT, ACLs **.

Familiar with **network monitoring tools **(e.g., LogicMonitor, PRTG, SolarWinds, or equivalent).

Experience with **firewall rule reviews, policy audits, and security compliance **.

Experience working in **financial services/investment banking **(preferred).

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across global teams.
Certifications (Mandatory / Preferred)
- CCNA, CCNP (Mandatory)
- CCIE (Preferred)
- Palo Alto Networks Certification (PCNSE/PCNSA)
- **Aruba Certification **(ACMP/ACMA or higher)
- ITIL Foundation (preferred)
