Sr. Technical Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support enterprise applications and technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business users, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform system enhancements, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure application performance, security, and compliance with development standards.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development or technical support.
• Strong expertise in relevant technologies (Java/.NET, SQL, APIs, Microservices, or other enterprise platforms based on project requirements).
• Experience with system integration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Banking or financial services experience is an added advantage.
