- Develop and maintain high quality web sites and applications that are user-friendly, effective and appealing.

- Thorough knowledge of Responsive Design

- Work closely with Developers and QA team to address various needs.

- Successful delivery of assigned development tasks and projects.

- Highly Effective Communication skills is mandatory

- Undertake multiple projects, organize priorities and deliver consistently.

- Ability to lead designers

- Keeping up-to-date with recent design trends in American and European markets

- XHTML/CSS, HTML5/ CSS3

- JavaScript/jQuery

- Bootstrap Framework

-Excellent Knowledge of Photoshop & Dreamweaver. Illustrator - optional

- WordPress, Joomla - theming and customization

-Basic knowledge in php and .Net

-Working Knowledge of Ajax

- Excellent knowledge in browser compatibility issues and its solution

- W3C Standards based design knowledge

- Strong written and oral communication

-Should be able to visualize and create designs keeping standards in mind.

-Must be highly organized and committed to team environment.
