Service Relief Representative (SRR)

Service Relief Representatives deliver 3 and 5 gallon bottled water to Retail and HOD customers in defined areas. SRR’s may have some small weekly Retail routes as well as running special orders to customers outside of their normal route day.

SRR’s may be called upon to operate routes in relief of the regularly assigned Route Sales Representative (RSR) in the event of route vacancies due to vacation, illness, injury, etc. This position also allows the employee to advance into a full time RSR position when it opens.

Qualified candidates must have a great attitude and a strong desire to succeed as an Individual and as part of a Team.

Route Sales Commissions: Starting SRR’s earn base pay plus commission for their Retail and HOD routes. Sales are to established customers who are repeat buyers of a specific set of products. New Account Commissions: SSR’s can also earn additional commissions by signing up new customers. These commissions can represent a significant amount of additional pay.

Requirements:

• Route Operations Experience a Plus

• Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
• At least 21 years old, have less than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years and no driving related convictions in the last 7 years
  

Technical/Functional Skills:

• Basic Communication and Math Skills
• Basic Reasoning and Problem Solving Skills
• Basic Computer Operation (PDA or Smartphone)
• Sales or Negotiation Techniques
• Excellent Customer Service and Relationship Skills
• Knowledge of the hub city and surrounding areas for routing purposes

A pre-employment verification is required including a background, Motor Vehicle Report and screening for substance abuse.
