The Impact of a Sr.Technical Program Manager at Coupa:

Manage and scale multiple security programs by defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, progress tracking and successful on-time delivery of security and access management solutions.

Responsible for technical project planning, management, and oversight for key initiatives across the engineering organization, including development and cloud operations.

Act as a technical program lead; understand the end-to-end flows, decisions, and tradeoffs to execute complex security programs and explain them to both engineering and non-technical functions.

Collect business and operational requirements from internal teams to document process requirement specifications and drive automation for governance programs.

Proactively identify and resolve delivery impediments, risks, and issues affecting both product development and security initiatives.

Set up clear reporting dashboards and KPIs to improve transparency and share program status directly with Executive Leadership.

Advocate for and implement tooling and dashboards to improve traceability and transparency across risk initiatives.
