About Us

KirkpatrickPrice is a growing auditing firm with an emphasis on cybersecurity audits and penetration tests. We help our clients make sure that their environments are secured against cybersecurity threats and bad actors. As part of our firm, you’ll help primarily with managing accounts payable and recording payroll, with the opportunity to expand into support for our accounts receivable department. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detailed. The position requires a high degree of accuracy.

Job Description

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. In this role you will be responsible for basic reconciliations, RAMP/AP, and maintaining supporting schedules to calculate and record prepaid expenses. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting professional to build hands-on experience across general accounting areas, and most importantly, grow!

-RAMP Management

-creating bills from drafts, monitoring AP mailbox, reconciling payments, reconciliation)

-Payroll

-Concur expenses

-Entering weekly payroll

-Maintain the portal access for multiple state tax websites

-Month-End Close Process

-Benefit reconciliation

-Benefit allocation

-Payroll liability reconciliations

-P&L Analytics

-Year-End

-1099 reconciliation & preparation

Desired Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

-0-2 years of accounting experience

-Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

-Ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and solve problems

-Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Compensation and Benefits:

$52,000-$62,000, annually
