Job Summary

Lead end-to-end quality assurance for Marriott Bonvoy App, website, WeChat mini-program and member platforms in Greater China within Agile delivery.

Own test strategy, release quality gates and China local compliance governance. Manage internal QA team and outsourced testing vendors, collaborate cross-timezone with global & APAC stakeholders to mitigate quality risks and drive continuous QA process improvement. Key Responsibilities

- Define test strategy, test plan and release gate criteria; conduct risk assessment and provide go/no-go recommendation.

- Lead QA team and vendor resources, track quality KPIs, facilitate defect triage and post-incident root-cause analysis.

- Oversee functional, API, mobile & mini-program testing; promote test automation and shift-left practices in CI/CD pipeline.

- Ensure digital products comply with China privacy, data security and payment regulatory requirements.

- Drive cross-team alignment with product, engineering and MarTech teams for quality delivery.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above in CS/Software Engineering or related disciplines.

- 5+ years software testing experience, minimum 2 years as QA Lead with team & vendor management experience.

- Hands-on Agile experience; proficient in Jira/Zephyr, Postman, SQL; familiar with Playwright/Appium/Selenium.

- Fluent English for cross-timezone global meetings

- Preferred: hospitality membership/booking platform experience, performance testing, Alibaba Cloud/AWS knowledge.
