Are you looking for a nursing position where you can provide quality, hands-on care without an overwhelming patient assignment?

Carewise Solutions is looking for compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in Lutz and surrounding areas.

Our nurses work in a supportive, community-based environment with moderate-acuity patients, a low 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio, and support from CNAs and Respiratory Therapists.

📋 Your Responsibilities

• 💊 Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• 🩺 Perform assessments and monitor patient conditions
• 📝 Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• 🤝 Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, RTs, and other members of the care team
• 💙 Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care
• 🚨 Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergency situations

🎓 Qualifications

• ✔️ Active Florida RN or LPN License
• ✔️ Current BLS/CPR Certification – AHA or Red Cross
• ✔️ Ability to meet AHCA Level 2 background screening and Local Law requirements
• ✔️ Must complete required background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
• ✔️ Experience in Home Health, Rehab, Long-Term Care, Hospice, or Acute Care is preferred
• ✔️ Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent patient care
• ✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills

🛡️ Background Screening

As required, candidates must complete the applicable AHCA Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
