Role: Staff Software Engineer

Experience- 5 to 10 years

Salary- 12 LPA to 22 LPA

Location- Bangalore & Hyderabad

Disability- Locomotor Disability, Low vision up to 50%, Hard of hearing up to 50%

(UDID Card is mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Works with diverse group of developers, business users, project management from multiple teams with assertiveness and tact
  • Play a technical lead role (coding, code reviews, design reviews, internal testing sign off etc.) for building solutions.
  • Technical point of contact for all technical issues and partner with the team to analyze, investigate and resolve open issues, vulnerabilities, secure coding etc.
  • Contribute to the design discussions, perform PoCs where ever required to support/back up design decisions.
  • Build and maintain machine learning solution/data pipelines that feed machine learning models
  • Familiarity and experience in natural language processing and Large Language Models.
  • Understanding and experience on deployment, and application of applied analytics, predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics using machine learning and artificial intelligence
  • Design and optimize data structures in ML solutions & data management systems (Hadoop, Snowflake, and Cloud platforms) to enable AI/ML solutions.
  • Build custom software components and analytics applications
  • Designing, developing, debugging, documenting, testing, and deploying applications
  • Collaborating with other developers on the team
  • Working closely with Business Operation Teams, Product and Application Development teams, and other internal customers during application development and deployment

  • Provide technical expertise to support team during incident/problem resolution.
  • Ability to monitor and analyze production application logs
  • Ability to do the reviews and follow the process methodologies and documentation
