Job Description

• Manage stock availability and ensure sufficient inventory to support business and sales activities.

• Calculate stock requirements and working capital needs.

• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or excess stock.

• Monitor and analyze sales transaction performance.

• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure stock availability aligns with business demand.

• Prepare and maintain stock and sales-related reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Management, Finance, or related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in Inventory Management, Stock Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related role.

• Understanding inventory management and stock planning.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Good understanding of working capital and inventory turnover.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with ERP/inventory management systems is a plus.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Able to analyze sales data and translate it into inventory requirements.

• Good coordination and communication skills.
