Stocks Accountant

EKO Bulgaria is an international company operating in the field of fuel and fast‑moving consumer goods. The company distributes its products and offers its services through a network of over 101 petrol stations operating under the EKO brand.

The company is looking for a Stocks Accountant keen to pursue a career in a multinational organization. The person will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency of the company’s books and records by managing daily accounting tasks.

Main responsibilities:

• Booking invoices and credit notes for stock deliveries and transportation cost.

• Reconciling and confirming of vendor balances.

• Reconciling & controlling the balance of certain G/L accounts.

• Archiving documents.

• Overall supporting of the month-end close activities.

• Ad hoc work assigned by the Accounting Supervisor.

• To participate and support the internal continuous improvement program which aims to make our processes more efficient.

• Keeps confidentiality regarding the company and its clients and vendors.

Requirements

What are we looking for:

• University Degree in Accounting/Finance/ Economics.

• 2 years of previous experience in a similar rolе.

• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

• Very good analytical skills.

• Ability to operate successfully under pressure.

• A collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
