Familiar with backup tools Commvault Backup Exec
Knowledge on Disk Libraries
Ability to manage remote environments
Ability to effectively manage timelines and prioritize tasks with varying deadlines
Ability to read and translate requirements from documentation
Strong customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
