JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is a full time position supporting Corporate Storage Team.
Must be able to function / get alone well in a fast paced and cross disciplined technical team.
- Monitor and manage backup systems including NetBackup, Cohesity, Commvault, and Rubik systems.
- Work with customers to add new servers and VMs into backups and to troubleshoot issues.
- Configure a new backup solution when purchased in GFY27.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate break fix for backup appliances (NetBackup, Cohesity, Rubik) and disk arrays Oracle ZFS, NetApp, Vast and IBM storage arrays.
- Monitor and fix issues with the SAN using command line troubleshooting and zoning.
- Work with the ISSO to make sure that vulnerabilities are patched.
- Work with the ISSO for SSP reauthorization.
