Role: Store Manager - ARNE | Six-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Salary: £48,000-£55,000 per annum

Contract: Full-time, six-month fixed-term contract

The Store Manager Role:

As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day running and performance of the store. You will lead from the front, create an exceptional customer experience and build a high-performing, engaged team that is proud to represent ARNE. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving retail environment and wants to play a key role in the opening and success of a brand-new ARNE store.

What The Store Will Be Doing:

• Leading all aspects of daily store operations, including team scheduling, stock, visual standards and customer service

• Driving sales and store KPIs through strong commercial awareness, effective merchandising and team leadership Recruiting, coaching and developing a high-performing team

• Creating an energised, customer-first culture on the shop floor

• Maintaining exceptional standards across visual merchandising, stock management, cleanliness and compliance

• Reviewing sales performance and customer feedback, then turning insight into clear actions

• Taking ownership, solving problems quickly and ensuring the store is always ready to trade

• Proven Store Manager experience within a fast-paced retail environment

• A strong record of driving sales, KPIs and customer experience

• The ability to coach, motivate and develop a team

• Strong commercial awareness and confidence using sales data to improve performance

• High standards around visual merchandising, operations and brand presentation

• Flexibility to work across weekends, evenings and key trading periods
