We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and highly motivated "Store Supervisor" to join our team and support the daily operations of our store at Aliée Istanbul.

• Manage the daily opening and closing of the store.
• Welcome and assist guests, providing a personalized and high-quality shopping experience.
• Handle sales transactions, payments, and daily cash procedures accurately.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure products are properly displayed and replenished.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the store.
• Monitor inventory movements and support regular stock counts.
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports as required.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with the relevant hotel departments when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.
• Take full ownership of the store's day-to-day operations and ensure a consistently high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, luxury hospitality, boutique, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of store operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional appearance and a genuine passion for luxury service.
