As a Guru you will be accountable for:

• Driving efficiency and effectiveness in procurement processes, optimizing the sourcing of goods and services.
• Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships to secure advantageous terms and enhance collaboration.
• Negotiating contracts to achieve cost savings and ensure alignment with regulations and policies.
• Contributing to strategic sourcing initiatives, resulting in increased value and reduced procurement costs.
• Utilizing data analysis to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making in procurement activities.
• Ensuring strict compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and risk management protocols.
• Leading cross-functional collaboration to streamline procurement processes, driving operational efficiency.
• Supporting the procurement team in meeting and exceeding targets, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is experienced in procurement or supply chain management roles.
• Has ability to negotiate contracts, assess vendor performance, and manage supplier relationships effectively.
• Has Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
