Street Lighting Operative / Attendant

Location: Sefton (with travel across the North West of England)
Contract Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a few good Maintenance Operatives to join the exciting world of Street Lighting. If you love the great outdoors, this is the job for you.

You will be based at either of our Sefton depots with travel across the North West of England.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safe working in the vicinity of electricity and telephone overhead lines
  • Signing, guarding, traffic management and NRSWA requirements
  • Bulk lamp change and clean
  • Fault investigation / repair
  • Street lighting installation / maintenance

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience assisting in electrical construction activities
  • Full, clean driving licence (minor points considered)
  • Relevant authorisations to operate a MEWP (class 2 licence advantageous)
