Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) required
- Minimum 5+ years of structural engineering experience
- Demonstrated hands-on experience working on PennDOT projects
- Strong understanding of AASHTO design standards
- Proficiency in MicroStation
- Experience with bridge and culvert design projects
- Strong communication, coordination, and project collaboration skills
- Ability to manage project responsibilities within a transportation-focused consulting environment
