Technical details about the position:
Working hours: at least 20 hours / week, between the opening hours, which is the following: 08:30 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday.
Type: student contract
**Location :Debrecen, Vezér strt. 39. (Tudáspark), Hungary ( fully on-site **)
What you’ll be doing:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to charging, solar connectivity, mobile app usage, and more
- Guide customers through product features and best practices
- Escalate technical issues following structured processes
- Own the customer journey from first contact to final resolution
- Log all interactions accurately and ensure compliance with privacy and security standards
- Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional support
Requirements
What you bring:
- Fluency in German (C1) and strong ** English** communication skills (** B2 **)
- Active student status and ongoing studies
- A service mindset — patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented
- Confidence working with modern tech — especially mobile apps and smart devices
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and general troubleshooting tools
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow procedures
- Prior experience in customer support, helpdesk, or BPO is a plus
