Key Responsibilities
General Responsibilities
- Responsible for complex, high volume admin processes relating to marketing components such as property particulars
- Processing and coordinating orders
- Liaising with internal and external clients, in a professional manner, regarding their orders i.e.: appointments for photography, setting and monitoring expectations
- Collecting and reviewing content from agents within the deadline and making sure it is passed to correct department for jobbing up.
- Dealing with telephone inquiries, escalating where required
- Filing and Proof reading
- Maintenance of databases i.e.: NetSuite / Filmmaker
- Maintenance of excel sheets and production of invoices
- Prioritize the workload to ensure service level agreements are met
- Ordering and packaging stock orders
- Checking invoices for Finance
- Produce weekly and monthly reports for management
- Monitoring performance in areas such as time frame for delivery of components and accuracy of work
Multi-skilling
- Take responsibility for becoming proficient in all areas of the department, so team members can provide cover for each other
- Take part in learning duties outside of the department so cover may be provided as required
- Assist other areas of the business where required – may require travel to other Company locations on occasion

- regular one to one and performance and development review meetings with the Team Leader
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required
Essential
- Experience of high volume, pressurized admin tasks
- Excellent IT skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
- Well-developed communication skills
- Good organisational skills, with high attention to detail
- Strong team player, but equally good at taking initiative
- The ability to critically review processes and systems, making suggestions for improvements
Desirable
- Experience within the Property or Print industry
