Stylist Shift Supervisor

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Stylist Shift Supervisor for their Gaming studios in Bucharest, Romania.

Position: Stylist Shift Supervisor

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Stylist team during assigned shifts

• Ensure proper stock management of cosmetics, accessories, consumables, and work materials

• Monitor the correct storage and usage of work equipment, furniture, and styling tools

• Train and guide team members on company appearance standards including makeup and hairstyling

• Maintain communication with internal departments regarding operational and facility-related matters

• Track inventory usage, cosmetic waste, and stock replenishment needs

• Coordinate with Purchasing regarding orders and stock-related updates

• Support scheduling activities and assist with shift coordination

• Prepare activity reports and maintain accurate tracking documentation

• Create a positive and professional working environment for the team

• Respond promptly to operational requests received through company communication channels

• Assist with development and improvement of internal procedures and operational processes

• Provide feedback regarding team performance and operational improvements to management

• Participate in appearance and quality checks to ensure company standards are maintained.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication

• Professional makeup and/or hairstyling skills

• PC literacy and ability to work with tracking and reporting files

• Previous supervisory or coordination experience is considered an advantage

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment

• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and team management skills

• Ability to multitask and respond efficiently to operational needs

• Ability to work in shift rotation (including night shifts & weekends).
