SuccessDay is offering you the chance to become a certified Junior Workday Consultant through our full-time HRIT Traineeship — a unique 12-month programme that blends learning, and real projects.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll work on real Workday projects for leading clients — supported by senior consultants and backed by top-tier official Workday training, developing skills in:

• Workday & other potentially HRIT systems

• HR transformation

• Data migration

• Integrations

• Consulting & soft skills

• HCM fundamentals

After 12 months? You’ll receive a full-time contract as a Junior Consultant at SuccessDay on successful completion of the traineeship.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

This role is made for ambitious graduates and early-career talent who want to grow quickly.

You have:

• HBO/WO degree (HRM, Business Administration, Org. Science, IT, or similar)

• 0–2 years HR or IT experience (not a prerequisite)

• Interest in HR Technology and Transformation

• A proactive, enthusiastic mindset

• Fluency in Dutch & English
