Established in 2018, Optio Incentives combines software and deep expertise to manage equity compensation plans for companies of all sizes. Today, we manage over 1,000 equity programs globally for both private and publicly listed clients. Our platform simplifies the complexity of employee incentive programs — helping companies stay compliant, manage equity efficiently, report costs effectively, and maximize the value of their programs.

The Internship 🎯
This summer, we’re looking for a group of ambitious and curious students to join our Tech team for a paid internship. From June to August, you’ll work as a dedicated product team on a real-life project that brings value to Optio. You’ll be building, coding, testing, and solving meaningful problems from day one. You’ll receive ongoing mentorship and support from experienced developers who will guide you throughout the summer.

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate as a team to build a solution that solves a real challenge for Optio

• Write and review high-quality code using technologies like TypeScript, Deno/Node.js, and PostgreSQL

• Participate in daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and code reviews

• Get exposure to modern product development in a fast-moving scale-up

• Receive ongoing support and feedback from senior engineers

• Present your progress and learnings to the broader Tech team at the end of the summer

• Are currently studying computer science, software engineering, or a related field

• Have some hands-on coding experience — whether through school, side projects, or past internships
