Client Description

We have been working with this lady for over a year and she is one of the happiest people we know. She has a lovely cheerful temperament and it has been a real pleasure for us to help her to continue to live well, in her own home for so long. Sadly our client now has quite advanced Alzheimer's disease and we are working with her and her family to help to keep her as safe and well as possible.
