You report to the Store Manager and interact directly with our customers.You embody the brand, with key responsibilities including:Mastering our history and brand identityKnowing our product range and collection looksBuilding customer loyalty through a welcoming approach and expert adviceGrowing the store’s sales revenue and customer databasePromoting the brand’s image   On a daily basis, your role involves:Assisting customers through personalized salesMaintaining the store’s appearance and merchandising standardsManaging stockMonitoring key performance indicators, such as units per transaction, average basket value, and conversion rate Additionally, you will ensure adherence to ba&sh’s CSR policy within the store and act as an ambassador for it on a daily basis.
