About this role
The Quality Assurance and Food Safety Supervisor assists in overseeing Quality and Food Safety Programs (HACCP-Meat, Poultry, Seafood, Vegetables; Labeling; GMPs; Internal Auditing, etc.), including implementation, staff training and documentation.
This position will work weekends, Friday thru Sunday, mostly day hours (3:00am - 5:00pm) but must be flexible to work later hours as needed.
