Investigate accidents and incidents.
Essential Functions
- Interact with the front-line supervisors and the hourly work force to:
- Strengthen the understanding and adherence to Warrior Met Coal Safety Policies, federal and state mining laws.
- Reinforce positive behaviors and correct undesired behaviors.
- Accompany Federal or State Inspectors during their inspections
- Perform site visits and audits.
- Collect Respirable Dust Samples or other health related.
- Conduct Training
- Other duties as directed and assigned
