Position Summary
Our Jewelry Division is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Coordinator to support end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is responsible for coordinating inventory, purchase orders, shipments, and cross-functional activities to ensure products more efficiently through the supply chain while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
The Supply Chain Coordinator will serve as a central point of coordination across multiple internal departments, helping to drive projects to completion, identify and resolve issues, and ensure operational objectives are achieved. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys collaborating across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
· Coordinate the day-to-day movement of products through the supply chain by partnering with internal teams to ensure timely execution from purchase order through customer delivery.
· Take ownership of assigned supply chain activities, ensuring projects, orders, and operational initiatives progress on schedule while proactively identifying and resolving issues.
· Track purchase orders from creation through final delivery, ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and alignment across all internal stakeholders.
· Help maintain and reconcile open order reports, resolve discrepancies, and communicate status updates to the appropriate departments.
· Coordinate activities across Planning, Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, and Distribution Center teams to ensure products are available and operational timelines are met.
· Generate and maintain inventory, purchasing, and operational reports using Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other analytical functions.
· Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes, enhance communication between departments, and increase overall operational efficiency.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and import/export requirements while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, operations, or a related role, preferably within wholesale, fashion, jewelry, accessories, or consumer products.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive tasks through completion.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
· Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite, Infor M3, or similar platforms.
· Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to coordinate activities across multiple departments, build strong working relationships, and ensure accountability for deliverables.
· Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to take ownership of operational processes and successfully execute in a fast-paced environment.
