Supply Chain Finance Lead Indonesia

Overview

The Supply Chain Finance Lead - Indonesia position support delivery of Indonesia Foods BU supply chain cost financial planning and productivity as well as oversee the rolling forecast submission, variance analysis versus plan, and productivity for the overall supply chain cost line. This role reporting BU Supply Chain finance lead.

Responsibilities

What you will be responsible for:

• Lead forecasting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and strategic planning for Indonesia Supply Chain.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics teams to drive financial performance and deliver business targets.
• Provide insights on manufacturing costs, commodity market movements, logistics expenses, and productivity initiatives.
• Identify risks and opportunities, proactively supporting management decision-making and target delivery.
• Drive performance reporting, financial analysis, and continuous cost optimization across the supply chain.
• Manage intercompany/export pricing and support strategic investment and supply chain transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

What you will need to have:

• Good business partnering and analytical/logical thinking
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, Finance, or Accounting
• 8+yrs experience with exposure to financial planning and financial analysis
• Proven experience in relevant field in FMCG company
• SAP experience will be an advantage
• Experience in managing a team will be an advantage
