Supply Quality Assurance Inspector

Green Cell is an idea created in 2013 as a response to the ever-growing demand for mobility. The team, originally founded by Paweł Ochyński wanted to create a brand, that will make our lives as easy as possible in a world dominated by mobile devices. From the very beginning, we have targeted Li-Ion technology as our specialization, and the first Green Cell branded products were laptop batteries and charges alongside with power banks.

We are enthusiasts of energy independence and the latest technological solutions, always taking advantage of them when setting a new quality in the consumer electronics industry. We create devices related to energy storage, such as laptop batteries and chargers, power banks, UPS, or USB chargers.

We are a Polish company.

• Conducting the pre-shipment inspections in selected suppliers of consumer electronics.
• Cross check the functionality of the product with customer requirements
• Reporting the result of inspections to HQ in Europe and Supplier Quality Leader
• Supporting the Supplier Quality team with root-cause analysis on supplier premises
• Taking the necessary containment actions in case of non-conformity

Qualifications

• Understanding of production process of consumer electronic (laptop batteries, chargers, inverters, UPS etc)
• At least 5 years experience with inspections of Final Product, Pre-Shipment inspection
• Capability of measurement of the electrical parameters and verification of compliance of product with producer specification (must have)
• Knowledge of CE certification and regulations will be an asset.
• At least technical Bachelor’s degree (preferred electronic background)
• Readiness to travel to suppliers (mainly Shenzhen, Dongguan area and Guangdong province)
• Knowledge of basic quality documentation (SOP, Control Plan, Control Instruction, AQL)
• Active, problem solving mindset, focused on details
