• Assurer le support fonctionnel et/ou technique sur les outils CODEP et RTM-GCB
• Prendre en charge les tickets utilisateurs (analyse, diagnostic, résolution)
• Accompagner les utilisateurs dans la prise en main des outils
• Participer à la gestion des incidents et au suivi des anomalies
• Contribuer à la documentation (guides utilisateurs, procédures)
• Assurer un reporting régulier des activités et problématiques rencontrées
• Collaborer avec les équipes métiers et IT dans un environnement international

Qualifications

Bac+5 en informatique / systèmes d’information

MUST qualifications :

• Connaissance ou appétence pour les outils STELLANTIS 
• CODEP
• RTM-GCB
• Bonne compréhension des environnements applicatifs et du support utilisateur

Langues : 

• Français : B2
• Italien : B2
• Anglais : B1+
