Support Teacher

Building Blocks Learning Center we are seeking a Support Staff to work within our growing community of educators. As a Support Staff within our organization you are responsible for the safety, education, well being, supervision and comfort of each and every student in your care. • Provide a safe and structured environment that stimulates and nurtures a young student's mind
• Implement daily schedule and lesson plans developed around our innovative curriculum
• Build positive relationships through communication with employees, students, parents and community

REQUIREMENTS

• CDA/Associates Degree (Preferred)
• Two years of related experience in childcare
• Flexible with scheduling Monday - Friday between the hours of 6:30 am to 6:00 pm
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Strong classroom management skills
• Positive attitude
• Ability to obtain State Police, FBI and Child Abuse clearances
• Ability to obtain a Health Assessment with TB
