A valid driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle is an essential requirement for this community-based role. Applicants must live locally to Mansfield. This role is subject to a DBS enhanced disclosure.

We believe that great care takes time, thats why we provide a minimum of a 1 hour with our clients. It’s about seeing the individual behind the care plan, listening to what matters to them and never making someone feel like they are being rushed through a list of tasks.

 Every day will be different, but you assist with:

• Providing companionship and conversation

• Supporting clients with personal care

• Helping with meals and light household tasks

• Supporting clients to remain independent in their own homes

• Accompanying clients on outings or appointments

• Helping with medication, where appropriate and after training

• Offering reassurance, friendship and emotional support

• Building genuine, trusting relationships with the people you care for
