Support Worker

Team Medical is recruiting Male Support Workers who have a adaptable/bubbly personality and be able to motivate the client they are supporting to complete daily tasks, assist with medication, and general household chores. The male client lives in his own home within the Southampton Area. The client has Epilepsy/learning difficulties, therefore your role will be assisting with all prompting of daily living.

Shift times : 08:00 - 20:00 / 20:00 - 08:00 X 2 support workers at all times Full time or part time hours avaiable

Hourly Rate: £11.50 - £12.50 PH

If you feel you have a positive attitude, good at tuning into others Team Medical would love to hear from you. The support workers to have some experience with challenging behaviour/Epilepsy, but not essential as FULL paid training is provided. Successful candidates are also eligible for a £250.00n joining bonus (terms and conditions apply).

The client very independent, has a great fun personality, he enjoys Boxing and sports. He enjoys going out in community and requires his support staff to ensure he is safe., to prompt him to complete daily tasks - meal prep/ housework.

All our support workers are to complete an Enhanced DBS check, if you have joined the up date service please let us know.. as this can fast track you through our recruitment process.
