Outpatient Dialysis Access & Vascular Surgery Opportunity

An established and growing vascular surgery practice in San Diego is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiothoracic or Vascular Surgeon to join our collaborative team. The role is centered on dialysis access management, elective vascular procedures, and minimally invasive vascular interventions. Surgeons will work closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and collegial setting.

Clinical Responsibilities

The surgeon will provide expert surgical and procedural care for patients with vascular and dialysis access conditions. Responsibilities include:

• Dialysis access creation and maintenance procedures
• Fistulograms
• Angioplasty
• Thrombectomy procedures
• AV fistula and graft interventions
• Elective vascular surgery procedures
• Peripheral arterial disease management
• Opportunity to perform vein ablations and venous procedures if desired

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery, Vascular
• Surgery, or General Surgery with dialysis access experience
• Eligible for unrestricted California medical licensure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
