• Processing, checking, and validating topographic and geodetic survey data received from field survey teams;
• Preparing, updating, and reviewing topographic plans, engineering drawings, and survey deliverables for design projects;
• Developing digital terrain models (DTM), contour maps, longitudinal and cross-sections, and 3D models required for infrastructure design;
• Performing calculations and data transformations using CAD, GIS, and surveying software;
• Verifying the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of survey data and technical documentation;
• Preparing and updating cadastral documentation and land registry plans in accordance with applicable regulations;
• Coordinating with Designers, Engineers, Surveyors, Contractors, and Clients regarding survey requirements and technical solutions;
• Supporting the preparation of project documentation for highways, roads, bridges, and railway infrastructure projects;
• Maintaining survey databases, records, and technical documentation related to project activities;
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, technical standards, applicable legislation, and contractual requirements;
• Providing technical support to design teams by supplying accurate geospatial and topographic information;

Qualifications

• Preparation: higher education in construction
• Seniority: more than 5 years of experience represents an advantage
• PC operation
• Fluent Romanian, and preferably good spoken and written English, represents an advantage;
• Communication ability. Ability to analyze and synthesize. Decision making capacity
• Confident, clear and polite style of verbal communication one-to-one or in a group, including ‘active’ listening;
• Ability to work under stress and extended schedule
• Assuming responsibilities and maintaining confidentiality
