Fiber Plan: support, monitoring and search for alternatives to the most sustainable fibers in the country, for options considered Best in the Brand strategy. • Partner with suppliers to communicate brand requirements, provide guidance on compliance expectations, and support the implementation of initiatives aligned with brand objectives. • Manage social compliance across Zara Home manufacturing units in India, ensuring adherence to labor laws, ethical standards and company policies. • Track and monitor Corrective Action Plans to ensure timely closure of audit findings, strengthen supplier compliance performance, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing units

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Flexible to travel to Pan India supplier units • Ensure to always adhere to Inditex COC and Ethics requirements . • Ensuring confidentiality of all the information & documents

Additional Information

Experience 5-10yrs

Qualification Bachelor/master’s degree with work experience in Supply chain social audits (including in raw materials supply chain).

Language skills Very good verbal and written control of English and Hindi
