Sustainability Specialist

We are looking for a Sustainability Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help shape Toly’s sustainability journey by developing and implementing eco-friendly strategies, tracking and reporting our environmental impact, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting awareness across the group. You will play a key part in strengthening our reputation as sustainability becomes an increasing priority for customers, consumers, governments, and stakeholders.

• Gather, analyze, and report on (environmental) sustainability metrics, KPIs, progress towards targets and initiatives to various reporting platforms for the Toly Group.
• Develop (environmental) sustainability strategies and implement action plans across the Toly Group to achieve developed targets and meet commitments.
• Conduct in-depth research on (environmental) sustainability related topics and regulations.
• Provide internal and external training to educate employees and customers on sustainability related topics.
• Engage with customers on sustainability through meetings and presentations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on various topics internally and externally.
• Upkeep of certifications and involvement in membership and committee meetings related to (environmental) sustainability.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree MQF level 6 in Engineering, Sustainability, or related technical field.
• 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
• Proficient Microsoft Office user
• Knowledgeable of Life Cycle Assessment and Carbon Footprint Calculator.
