About this role
We are looking for a Sustainability Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help shape Toly’s sustainability journey by developing and implementing eco-friendly strategies, tracking and reporting our environmental impact, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting awareness across the group. You will play a key part in strengthening our reputation as sustainability becomes an increasing priority for customers, consumers, governments, and stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, and report on (environmental) sustainability metrics, KPIs, progress towards targets and initiatives to various reporting platforms for the Toly Group.
- Develop (environmental) sustainability strategies and implement action plans across the Toly Group to achieve developed targets and meet commitments.
- Conduct in-depth research on (environmental) sustainability related topics and regulations.
- Provide internal and external training to educate employees and customers on sustainability related topics.
- Engage with customers on sustainability through meetings and presentations.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on various topics internally and externally.
- Upkeep of certifications and involvement in membership and committee meetings related to (environmental) sustainability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree MQF level 6 in Engineering, Sustainability, or related technical field.
- 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
- Proficient Microsoft Office user
- Knowledgeable of Life Cycle Assessment and Carbon Footprint Calculator.
