Sustainment Analyst

Join our team as a Sustainment Analyst, where you'll serve as a trusted advisor to customers by diagnosing and resolving advanced application and infrastructure issues. In this role, you'll provide remote support across a variety of technologies, collaborate with engineering teams to drive solutions, and help ensure the reliability and performance of critical business systems. Success in this position requires a strong technical foundation, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset with the communication skills to navigate complex situations effectively.

What a day in the life looks like:

• Provide support to users via phone, email, or tickets submitted through the company's support tools.

• Perform in-depth analysis of incidents and problems to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions.

• Consult technical documentation and alternative information sources, simulating and testing issues within the environment.

• Prepare training content, educational materials, and share knowledge with other team members.

• Take responsibility for, or assist with, managing service levels agreed upon with customers.

What you bring to the team:

• English and/or Spanish language proficiency.

• 2+ years of experience in technical customer support.

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing the final year of a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Intermediate knowledge of databases.

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking concepts.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask.

• Ability to prioritize and independently manage tasks.

• Intermediate understanding of programming logic, including the ability to interpret and analyze code.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of logistics and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Experience with computer programming and basic knowledge of programming languages.

• Experience with operating systems and computer networking.

• Experience or knowledge of supply chain management solutions.

• Experience with the Körber One platform and K.Motion Warehouse Advantage applications.
