The Job — Customer Experience in Sports & Casino
You’ll be the go-to person for Swedish players who need help with anything from account questions to payments and general support. Calls, chats, emails — you’ll handle it all, and no two days ever look the same.
You’ll become a mini-expert in sportsbook & casino, and you’ll get the freedom to actually solve problems — not just pass cases around. Your ideas and feedback will matter, and your voice will be heard.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping customers via phone, chat and email
- Solving cases fully — not just forwarding them
- Approving withdrawals and handling KYC
- Running daily security checks
- Spotting trends and sharing insights to improve processes
- Working closely with other internal teams
- Reaching your KPIs and contributing to a strong team atmosphere
Requirements
Who You Are
- Fluent in Swedish
- Curious, social and confident in your communication
- Interested in sports/casino (or at least not confused by the concept of odds…)
- Open to shift work
- A multitasker who enjoys a fast-paced environment
