Casino Manager

About the job:

We are looking for a Casino Manager to join our team who will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day to-day operations of our casino. Your primary responsibilities will include managing game releases, optimizing lobby positioning, conducting thorough game testing, and generating insightful reports to drive strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor game performance, analyze key metrics, and generate insightful reports.

• Benchmark against competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Oversee the setup, testing, and launch of new casino games.

• Manage the casino games roadmap, ensuring timely releases and updates.

• Collaborate closely with various teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure seamless operation of the casino.

• Collaborate with external partners to establish and maintain strong relationships.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and player preferences.

• Proactively identify areas for product improvement and suggest innovative solutions.

• Prioritize a customer-centric approach to enhance player experience and satisfaction.

• Risk management of the casino portfolio in combination with other teams

• Lead A/B testing and experimentation directly affecting the casino product across promotions, game placement, and UX to improve conversion and engagement.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 years of iGaming experience in a similar role

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Attitude: Enthusiasm, a ‘can-do’ attitude, and a strong team player mentality

• Adaptability: Flexibility to embrace change and a willingness to learn

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Project Management: Proven project management skills to oversee multiple tasks and deadlines is a plus
