Swim Instructor - Fall

We are a leading boutique swim school dedicated to providing high-quality swimming programs and promoting water safety. Our team of experienced instructors is committed to delivering exceptional instruction and ensuring a positive and enjoyable learning experience for all participants.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct swimming lessons for children and adults of various skill levels, following our established curriculum and lesson plans.
• Provide personalized instruction and guidance to each student, ensuring their safety and progress in the water.
• Assess students' swimming abilities and make necessary adjustments to instruction to meet individual needs.
• Teach proper swimming techniques, including strokes, breathing techniques, and water safety skills.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to develop confidence and enjoy swimming.
• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and attendance.

Qualifications:

• Valid SFA and CPR-C, and NL required.
• Previous experience as a swim instructor is required.
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming strokes and techniques - former competitive swimmer an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well with children and adults of all ages.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional instruction.
