Swimming Pool Renovation Laborer

Looking to catch on with a growing high energy pool company? St. Cyr Pool & Spa is growing fast and is in need of an experienced Renovation Laborer.

We are in search of a detail-oriented Team player to work in our Renovation department.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Ensure proper layout and elevations for each inground pool job
• 
  Monitor and communicate with the construction teams throughout the day
• 
  Work with dispatching to create efficient schedules and answer any scheduling questions
• 
  Work with support staff to move the jobs along in a timely manner
• 
  Ensure customer satisfaction, job completeness and invoice accuracy at each stage of the project
• 
  Maintain payment schedule with customers
• 
  Maintain proper gross margin on all projects by properly tracking job costs.
• 
  Maintain an inventory of all items that the construction teams need
• 
  Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
• 
  Ensure companies standards and practices are maintained
• 
  run relevant reports on a regular basis for senior management
• 
  Collaborate with the service manage

Qualifications:

• • 
    High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 
    Experience in a construction or excavation business
  • 
    Strong customer service skills
  • 
    Positive attitude
  • 
    Ability to see patterns, good and bad and make corrections if needed
  • 
    Ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff
  • 
    Fast learner
  • 
    Can make calculated decisions
  
  

Late days and weekends may be needed during the peak of the season.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $75,000.00 per year
