System Administrator (SAP/APMS) | RCM Project Support | Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator with SAP and IT background to support Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies and project execution activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing maintenance data, supporting SAP-related activities, preparing professional reports, and developing high-quality presentation materials for project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support RCM workshops and reliability studies by managing equipment and maintenance data.

• Extract, analyze, and validate equipment information, maintenance historyand master data from SAP.

• Coordinate the collection, organization, and maintenance of project documentation and databases.

• Prepare professional reports, dashboards, and project deliverables for management and stakeholders.

• Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for workshops, progress reviews, and executive presentations.

• Support facilitators and project teams with data management, document control, and administrative activities.

• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of project records and maintenance information.

• Assist in generating equipment registers, functional locations, BOMs, and maintenance-related reports from SAP.

• Collaborate with Reliability, Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to support project objectives.

• Provide general IT support related to project execution, data handling, and digital tools.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in System Administration, SAP, IT Support, or related fields.

Hands-on experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and maintenance related data management.

Strong knowledge of:

• SAP PM

• Equipment Master

• SAP PM

• Equipment Master Data

• Functional Locations

• Maintenance Plans

• Work Orders

• Maintenance History Analysis

Advanced skills in:

• Microsoft PowerPoint

• Microsoft Excel

• Microsoft Word

Proven experience in:

• Preparing professional reports and presentations

• Data analysis and data quality verification

• Managing large datasets and project documentation

Strong IT background with good understanding of:

• Database management

• Information systems

• Data administration

• System support activities Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills. Preferred

• Previous experience supporting RCM, RBI, Reliability, Asset Management, or Maintenance Excellence projects.

• Knowledge of refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, or industrial operations.

• Familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems and maintenance data analytics. Experience creating executive-level presentations and project management reports.
