System Engineer 系统工程师（芜湖）

1. Requirements management

▪ Definition of the structure of the Requirements Documents
▪ Definition of Tracing Concept, Metrics and Change Process of the Requirements
▪ Monitoring of the Requirements Traceability
▪ Managing the changes of Requirements
▪ Ensure that the communication with the customer follows the agreed processes

2. Requirements development

▪Identification of Requirement Stakeholders
▪ Identification and Distribution of all Requirements
▪ Managing the team for Requirements Analysis
▪ Organization and participation in the documentation of the Requirements in the PS
▪ Ensure the PS is in line with the customer contract

3. Product architecture development

▪ Developing a technical concept for the product based on the requirements
▪ Ensure the technical feasibility of the solution
▪ Ensure the compliance with legal and internal requirements
▪ Coordinating the interfaces between SW-, HW- and ME-development
▪ Be responsible for the documentation related to system architecture

4. Product integration planning

▪ Development of the PI-Plan
▪ Agreement of the release planning together with the customer and project manager
▪ Coordination of the model shop and production for the assembly of the sample products

5. Product integration coordination

▪ Definition of the integration strategy and the acceptance criteria together with the PM and SPMs
▪ Technical coordination of the product integration with the included groups
▪ Ensure that the part lists, the discipline components and dataset versions are correctly released
▪ Check and distribution of produced samples to the customer and internal users

Qualifications

1. Education / Certification：

1）Bachelor's  degree or above, major in Automotive Electronic Engineering, Electronics or equivalent

2. Professional Experience:

1）Over 2 years of experience in product development 

2）Project and/or Process Experience

3）Over 1 year of experience in instrument cluster development

4）Intercultural Experience 

5）1 years working experiences in international team
