At Rexel UK, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented System & Process Administrator to join our Aylesbury Distribution Centre team. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with data, supporting systems, and driving operational excellence, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is a Monday to Friday role, working our PM Shift 14:00 - 22:30.

You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of our Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring data accuracy, resolving system issues, and helping our warehouse operation run efficiently and effectively.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Support the administration and maintenance of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other operational systems.
• Maintain item master data and warehouse location records to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor stock synchronisation across systems and identify discrepancies for investigation.
• Provide first-line support to warehouse users, resolving routine system and process queries.
• Log, track and escalate system issues to appropriate support teams.
• Produce regular operational and system reports, highlighting exceptions and errors.
• Assist with root cause investigations into system and process issues.
• Support testing and implementation of system upgrades, changes and new processes.
• Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on data quality, system performance and operational efficiency.
• Provide administrative support to the wider operational team as required.
